Add machine mould in 2005 Turkey in plastic injection mold manufacturing and production in order to İstanbul, Esenyurt was founded.

Serap Mold Co. Ltd. was founded for plastic injection mold manufacturing and production in İstanbul, Esenyurt in 2005.

The foundation our company was laid with start of production in the 100m²  workshop in Fatih Industrial Site in Esenyurt by our principal founder, Nafız Şan who worked and retired as a Toolshop Manager in Beko Electronics. It makes plastic parts design and manufacture of plastic injection mold with milling, grinding and turning workbenchs.

It moved to a 600 m ² new place in Fatih Industrial Site, expanding the capacity. It continues to production by adding 3 pieces of plastic injection, 2 pieces CNC machine tools to machines through advanced technological software. Through SOLIDWORKS 2009 CAD, 2 units in our company design mold by opening PARASOLID, IGES, STEP, CATIA, UG, PRO-E GRAPHİCS, DWG, DXF data that comes from our customers. It trasfers the productions to real life by making CAM process through POWERMILL 9.

Activities, aiming to develop with the ISO 9001: 2008 quality system, under the umbrella of Serap Mold Co. Ltd.
